1. Who we are
Tiger Kingdom operates tiger attractions at Mae Rim (Chiang Mai) and Kathu (Phuket), Thailand, and the Kai Yang Suea Yai @Intown restaurant. Our company details are on the Imprint page. These terms apply to every booking made through this website.
2. Bookings and tickets
When you complete a booking you receive a booking reference and an e-ticket with a QR code by email. The ticket admits the number of guests shown on it, only at the booked location and only on the booked date. Please check your booking details before paying, and present the QR code at the entrance; no printout is required. Tickets belong to the booking and may not be resold.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are shown and charged in Thai Baht (THB). Payment is taken at the time of booking and processed by our payment provider Stripe; we never see or store your card details. The total shown at checkout is the final amount charged.
4. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can reschedule your visit free of charge up to 24 hours before your booked date, subject to availability: contact us on LINE (link in the footer) with your booking reference. If we have to close on your booked date, for example for weather, safety or animal-welfare reasons, we will offer you a new date or a full refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method and, depending on your bank, can take 5-10 business days to appear. Unused tickets and no-shows are not refundable.
5. Safety requirements
Some packages have minimum age and height requirements, shown on each package and checked during booking and at the entrance. You must follow the instructions of our handlers at all times. We may refuse participation, without refund, to guests who ignore safety instructions or who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
6. Animal welfare
The wellbeing of our animals comes first. Sessions may be adjusted, interrupted or moved at any time for animal-welfare reasons; where a session cannot take place at all, section 4 applies.
7. Liability
Visiting an animal attraction involves inherent risks. You participate at your own risk to the extent permitted by Thai law. Our liability for damages is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law, including for personal injury caused by our negligence.
8. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms for future bookings; your booking is governed by the version accepted at the time of booking. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. If you have any questions, contact us via the details on the Imprint page.
